An Ping, associate professor in MSE, was born in 1959, Hunan. She worked for Wuhan Construction Machinery Factory from 1982 to 1987, then she worked in Hubei No.1 Machinery Industry School from 1987 to 1998. Since 1998 she has been enrolled in teaching at Huazhong University of Science and Technology, her research is focused on material forming and machinery manufacturing process.
