Ying Cao, female, born in Daye of Hubei in January 1983, member of the Communist Party of china. I am very passionate about my work, and I have strict requirements, patient guidance, democracy exchange on teaching students. I'm good at teaching combination of ideological and political ways to guide students, and use a variety of teaching methods, emphasizing interaction with students. At the same time, using heuristic teaching interesting and colorful multimedia tools to mobilize the students' interest and creativity. Besides, I will promptly counseling and assistance for students, so that students learn better knowledge and ability.
