Born in November 1965,Haian,Jiangsu Province. Mainly engaged in research of magnetic flux leakage, ultrasonic and electromagnetic acoustic technology in NDT and development of the digital and automatic equipment of NDT. In pursue of theory and method of magnetic flux leakage in NDT for nearly 30 years, systematically researching in the mechanism of magnetization and demagnetization, leakage magnetic field measuring method and device, signal processing method and software, automated inspection system and so on, advising a group of doctors and masters, a great majority of whose dissertations were evaluated outstanding. In the field of quantitative inspection technology of wire rope, automatic equipment of magnetic flux leakage of steel pipe, automatic acoustic equipment of steel pipe, high-speed inspection equipment of bearings and auto parts and many other aspects in NDT, has applied much research into industrialization. More than 350 sets of complete equipment have been carried out. As deputy director of the State Engineering Research Center of Digital Manufacturing and Equipment, committee member of Chinese mechanical science and Engineering Association nondestructive testing branch, executive vice president of Hubei · Wuhan nondestructive testing institute, part-time professor of Key Laboratory of Nondestructive Testing , Ministry of Education in Nanchang Aviation University .
