Academic Degrees

Dr. Guanglan Liao, professor of School of Mechanical Science and Engineering at Huazhong University of Science and Technology. In 2011 he was selected as the Winner of Education Ministry's New Century Excellent Talents Supporting Plan. In 2012, he obtained the excellent young scientist fund of NSFC. He mainly focuses on the research work about micro/nano manufacturing, microelectronics packaging and testing, etc. He had published more than 100 academic papers in ACS Nano, Nanoscale Research Letters, IEEE Trans., Sensor Actuat A-phys etc. He had applied for 36 patents and was authorized 12.
