Dr. Wu Jinglai has worked in Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) as an associate professor since 2021. He received his Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, and Doctor’s degree in HUST. He also received his secondary Doctor’s degree in University of Technology Sydney (UTS) in Australia and then engaged in research work as a postdoctoral fellowship in UTS.

His research interest contains mechanical dynamics, multibody dynamics, vehicle dynamics, and the uncertain analysis and optimization design of dynamic systems. He has published more than 40 papers in SCI journals, containing the high-level journals in mechanical engineering, such as the Mechanical Systems and Signal Processing, Nonlinear Dynamics, and so on. His papers have been cited by other scholars more than 800 times. He has applied 4 patents for invention and 2 of them have been granted. He has hosted or involved in several research projects, including the NSFC projects and Fundamental Research Funds for the Central Universities, and so on. Dr. Wu is the outstanding reviewer of SCI journal Mechanism and Machine Theory, Applied Mathematical Modelling.
