Long engaged in mechanical and electrical integration design, digital design and manufacture, machining process monitoring, process simulation ,teaching and scientific research work .In vibration cutting mechanism and process monitoring, complex shape tool CNC grinding and process simulation, successfully hosted developed the first domestic large wind tunnel mobile floor, successfully developed in the production of solid fuel kneading machine, high-explosive material add devices and other equipment ;Developing mint rods add line device, various material added in the filter technology research and practical application, slow-release technology in the application of filter and the research, powder 3 d printing technology and applied research project. published more than 20 academic theses On the domestic and foreign core journals, Even some of which recorded by EI.

July 1989-August 1991: Grain bureau of hubei province food machinery factory, processing department technicians, undertake the locksmith workshop and sheet metal workshop and mold design process management work. Since 1994: Mechanical and Electronic Engineering, School of Mechanical Engineering, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Engaged in mechanical and electrical integration design, digital design and manufacture, machining process monitoring, process simulation, teaching and scientific research work. Employed as a lecturer in May 1996, associate professor in May 2003
