I got the Certificate of Master Degree in 1997, and determined to dedicate myself to research and development of product lifecycle management. I have been working in Huazhong University of Science and Technology and the KM software company, which is an outstanding company and has made remarkable achievements. Because of our working hard and intelligence, I and my colleagues have successfully developed a series of products such as CAPP (computer aided process plan) , PDM( product data management), which are honored as the key product of national high-tech improvement plan. Moreover, during the work, I have undertaken different roles in software company, such as programmer, developer, product manager, project manager, director. I place emphasis on planning, scheduling, directing and controlling of organization’s resource for a period of time to complete a specific set of objectives. We Offered project management and counseling for such famous manufacturing enterprises as Shanghai Boiler Works Co., Ltd., SANY Group, Chongqing Changan Automobile, Liuzhou Wuling Motors Co., Ltd., and was rich in experiences of manufacturing informationalization.
