Song Chaoyang, assistant professor of Monash University of Australia, visited MSE on June 6, 2017. He delivered a lecture named “Exploration of Mechanical Intelligence Based on Design Science”. The lecture was presided over by Professor Tao Bo.
In the report, Dr. Song Chaoyang first shared his study experiences, followed by a brief introduction to the development of Monash University in the field of Engineering. Subsequently, Dr. Song Chaoyang made a detailed introduction to reconfigurable mechanism kinematics, bionic robot design, new product innovation design and development, and logic learning neural network, and exchanged ideas with teachers and students presented.
In the end, Dr. Song Chaoyang discussed the hot issues at the moment - the design and control of software robots with the audience in depth.
