On November 16, 2017 at the invitation of Prof. Liang Gao from State Key Laboratory of Digital Manufacturing Equipment and Technology, Dr. Dan Stan and two colleagues from Department of Mechatronics and Machine Dynamics, Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, Romania, visited MSE. Prof. Quanke Pan from Department of Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering also attended the event.
During the exchange meeting, Dr. Stan discussed in depth with Prof. Liang Gao about the International Cooperative Project “Disassembly Sequence Planning for WEEE”. Prof. Gao communicated with the guests after the project discussion, they reached consensus on more cooperation in related fields.
After the meeting, Prof. Gao accompanied the guests to visit the State Key Laboratory of Digital Manufacturing and Equipment of MSE.
It is reported that Cluj-Napoca University of Technology has already established positive bonds with world famous universities and research institutes of countries such as Germany, America and China to cooperate in many advanced projects. Dr. Stan’s visit lays a good foundation for the deeper substantive research conducted by the two universities.
