Dr. Yu Min from Imperial College London, UK, visited School of Mechanical Science and Engineering (MSE) on Jan. 10, 2018. Prof. Huang Qibai and Prof. Mao Kuanmin from the Department of Mechanical Design and Vehicle Engineering, and the Assistant to Dean, Ms. Zhang Fen, attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Dr. Yu Min delivered a report titled “Novel Active Link Suspension for Road Vehicle”. He elaborated on the functional principle, structural optimization and control strategy of the designed active suspension, and demonstrated a quarter of the developed vehicle excitation test rig.
After the meeting, Dr. Yu Min made a visit to MSE State Key Laboratory of Digital Manufacturing Equipment and Technology.
