On Jan. 19, 2018, Elsevier, the academic publishing giant, announced its 2017 list of Most Cited Chinese Researchers. Zhang Yunqing, a professor at MSE CAD center, is named to the list.
It is the fourth-consecutive year that Prof. Zhang earns this distinction. His main research fields cover Vehicle System Dynamics, Multibody System Dynamics, Mechanical Design and Theory, Uncertainty Analysis and Optimization, etc. He undertakes over 20 projects, including Program of National Natural Science Foundation of China, National High Technology Research and Development Program of China, Hubei Provincial Programs of Major Innovative Technology Plan, cooperative programs and son on.
The 2017 list of Most Cited Chinese Researchers recognizes 1,793 scholars from 227 universities or research institutes in China. 200 universities have highly cited scholars. Altogether 87 scholars from 11 universities in Wuhan earn this title, among which 34 are from HUST.
