Collaborative Innovation Center of Intelligent Manufacturing Equipment
Collaborative Innovation Center of Intelligent Manufacturing Equipment was founded in November 2012 by Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan University of Science and Technology, Hubei University of Technology, with approval of Hubei Province. Aiming at meeting significant demands for digital and intelligent manufacturing technology from national strategic industries and Hubei pillar industries, including aviation, aerospace, marine engineering, automotive, steel, electronics manufacturing, it proposed a unified modeling and simulation analysis approach of complex electromechanical systems. A breakthrough has been made in large complex parts effectively manufacturing, precision forming, light and mechatronics integration technology. Its manufacturing system achieves intelligent decision support capabilities and intelligent workshop technology under complex dynamic environment, through the application of digital and intelligent manufacturing technology in products design, manufacturing and production management, which consequently enhances innovation and technology capabilities of national strategic industries and Hubei pillar industries.
