During the learning check-in, the program began with a breathtaking opening ceremony. As a Thai student, I was greeted warmly by friendly mentors and extremely informed professors. The intense classroom sessions and an informative company visit vividly brought AI principles to life, while the Chinese language classes and hands-on Chinese calligraphy workshop greatly enhanced my respect for Chinese culture. Living in Wuhan, a vibrant city, was invigorating, especially with Huazhong University of Science and Technology hidden among beautiful vegetation, creating a quiet and highly inspiring environment.
The campus, with its cutting-edge amenities and pleasant dormitories, provided an ideal setting for intellectual and personal development. Looking back on the preceding week of my emotional journey, the program was nothing short of revolutionary, inspiring me to develop a deep interest in AI and robotics. I not only made new lasting connections, but I also overcame obstacles with the unshakable support of my peers, resulting in everyday moments of awe, thankfulness, and a sense of achievement.
Campus life was a beautiful blend of serious study and personal discovery, with stimulating morning sessions, fascinating cultural events in the afternoons, and relaxed weekends that allowed students to explore Wuhan or simply relax on campus. For example, on June 23, 2024, I visited the Yellow Crane Tower, which was a fantastic sight that I thoroughly appreciated. Finally, the culinary joys of Chinese cuisine, ranging from delicious dumplings to fiery hotpots, enhanced my scholastic and cultural adventure in Wuhan beyond measure.
